Classes & Playgroups
These playgroups are guided by a pediatric physical therapist, Dr. Mari Therrien, and are for infants who are starting to move. This is an ideal class for infants who may be delayed with rolling, crawling and walking. This workshop will focus on ways to improve motor skills as well as give practical activities for you to practice at home with your infant to encourage appropriate motor skills.

All classes are $25 per baby with a discount of $5 each baby for multiples (twins, triplets)

Tummy Time!™ Method is an evidenced-based tummy time program that incorporates movement, tummy time, and bonding between the caregiver and the baby. It is designed for pre-crawling infants (typically under 6 months of age). It was developed by Michelle Emmanuel, OTR/L, CIMI, CST, NBCR, RYT 200 who has experience working with infants in the NICU. This class is taught by a certified Tummy Time! Method instructor.

Lil' Movers Playgroup
Introduction to Solids Parent-Baby Class
Primarily for babies 4 months - 6 months
Intro to Solids Classes are taught by a speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatric feeding. This is an educational class with some hands on practice (if your baby is ready). This class covers baby-led-weaning vs. traditional purees and reviews the best method for feeding your baby based on your family's needs.
All classes are $35 per family
Bring your baby in whatever state they are in (sleepy, hungry, playful, etc.) and come learn about how to introduce solids to them!
Classes must be pre-paid before attending to secure your spot (spaces are limited)
Due to high demand and limited availability, all reservations are non-refundable,
as holding a spot exclusively for you prevents another client from attending.​

Troubleshooting Solids Class
For babies 6 months to 14 months
Troubleshooting Solids Classes are taught by a speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist who specializes in working with infants on eating solids. This class is for babies who have already started solids and are having difficulty progressing to different textures or for families who have questions about transitioning to different types of foods.
All classes are $35 per baby
Bring your baby and some foods they do well with and foods that are challenging or they are having difficulty transitioning to.
Classes must be pre-paid before attending to secure your spot (spaces are limited)
Due to high demand and limited availability, all reservations are non-refundable,
as holding a spot exclusively for you prevents another client from attending.​
